Sponsorships

Romanian legal framework allows companies to redirect 20% of the income or profit tax, but not more than 0,75% of turnover for sponsoring nonprofit organizations.

Through this mechanism, the accounting of the companies is not affected in any way by the tax facility of the tax credit related to the sponsorships. The amounts that will be redistributed by the fiscal body following Form 177, have already been transferred by the companies to ANAF accounts (by paying the profit or income tax).

CONTRACT

Our paralegals have already prepared a draft contract for you to support NewYorkCrew Association and Atlas of Sports project. The contract is 100% focused on this initiative, and it gives you the chance to boost a community idea that may represent the start of a country strategy in mountain sports infrastructure.

117 FORM

According to ANAF's President Order 1679/2022 companies are allowed to redirect these funds for both 2021 and 2022 fiscal years by December 25th, 2022 by filling in the 117 FORM.

REPORTS

NewYorkCrew Association is looking to build long-lasting partnership and is ready to explain how every sponsorship received was spent. We undertake to send quarterly reports and to present the evolution of the project.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

It is always beneficial for a company to support a nonprofit. In this case, we help the community to map all mountain sports infrastructure. Our efforts support Romania to put a brick to its mission to achieve

  • SDG 9 - use innovation to build sustainable mountain infrastructure and to rebuild what we already have, but also;

  • SDG 15 - combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.

Exposure

Our app is meant to be used by everybody who goes on mountains, summer or winter, on-piste or off-piste. At the testing stage, we target hundreads of mountain amateur athletes to use the app and offer us their feedback. You would therefor benefit from extensive brand exposure to a healthier generation of youths from the very beginning of our project. Plus, we have this White Paper website!

But first... we need an MVP to expose it to our sample of testers and to gain relevant data.
